Naisan Geula

Managing Partner. Twenty years scaling customer-facing technical organizations from Series B to IPO and $1B+ ARR.

Naisan's work sits where presales, value and post-sale meet. He has built those teams from scratch, scaled them past 150 people, and been brought in to fix them when they stopped working. His current focus is AI-first operating models: using AI to raise the quality of every customer interaction while paying for the change out of efficiency gains.

He was the opening speaker for every new Tableau employee for ten years, and delivered keynotes to thousands of employees at some of Tableau's largest customers.
